or the nXR120i, the pump may thermally protect itself and shut down, if:
1) the connuous operang pressure at the inlet is greater than 20 mbar
2) the nXR120i is used to evacuate large chambers, parcularly if large connuous gas
loads are combined with the chamber pump-down, Table: nXR120i applicaon guidelines
for chamber pump-down provides guidelines on the acceptable applicaon parameters.
It is also advised to start chamber evacuaon with the pump at rest than with the pump
already operang at full rotaonal speed.
