Why is there no pressure building up in my EHRLE Pressure Washer?
    • W
      William MillerAug 3, 2025
Several factors can cause a lack of pressure build-up in your EHRLE pressure washer. It could be due to a dirty or defective high-pressure nozzle, a dirty filter in the water inlet, or insufficient water inflow volume. Air in the device or hoses, leaking supply lines, a contaminated or defective unloader valve, or dirty or defective high-pressure pump valves or cuffs could also be the cause. Clean or replace the high pressure nozzle. Ensure sufficient water inflow volume. Replace leaking supply lines. Clean the unloader valve. Clean or replace valves. Clean or replace cuffs.

How to fix an EHRLE Pressure Washer that will not turn on?
    • H
      Heidi PachecoAug 9, 2025
If your EHRLE Pressure Washer won't switch on, the issue might be a tripped circuit breaker in the building supply or mains junction box. Try switching the circuit breaker on again. Also, inspect the power supply cable for any defects and replace it if necessary. If the circuit breaker trips repeatedly, and the building power supply is okay, the device may be defective. Internal control circuits or components can also be defective, in which case you should replace them.

What to do if my EHRLE Pressure Washer shuts off while in use?
    • M
      Martha WashingtonAug 16, 2025
If your EHRLE Pressure Washer switches off during operation, the motor may have overheated. Allow the motor to cool down, set the device switch to position 0, and then switch it back on to position I. If the device still does not return to normal operation, then internal control circuits or components may be defective and need replacement.

Why is the pump on my EHRLE Pressure Washer unstable when using cleaning agent?
    • J
      Jessica PayneAug 21, 2025
Unstable pump operation during cleaning agent use could be due to several reasons. Check if the internal (Standard version) or external (Premium version) detergent container is empty or not filled sufficiently, and fill or top it up with approved detergent if necessary. Ensure that the filter of the detergent suction hose is inserted to the bottom of the detergent container. Also, the filter of the detergent suction hose may be contaminated, so clean the filter.

Why did my EHRLE Pressure Washer turn off in stand-by mode?
    • J
      James RichardsonAug 27, 2025
If your EHRLE Pressure Washer switched off in stand-by mode, it's likely because the device was in stand-by for 20 minutes. The electronic control is programmed to switch off the high-pressure cleaner after this time. To resume operation, turn the Start-Stop device switch to position 0 and then back to operating position I.
