Place the existing call on hold
Make a second call e.g. an
internal call to extension 18.
Once connected, this call can also be put
on hold using any of the methods already
described.
Internal dial tone is heard and the display
shows that there are now two calls on
hold.
The display will show
Returning From Hold.
The call can be answered by pressing the
<Answer> key, lifting the handset or
pressing the SPEAKER key.
When more than one call is on hold, pressing
the <UnHold> key displays a list of held
calls.
Use the
keys to select the held call that you wish to retrieve.
With the cursor alongside the call to be retrieved, press the <Select> key to speak to that
caller.
Press the HOLD key to return to the first call held.
To replace the first call on hold and return to the second call, press the HOLD key
twice. This operation can be repeated to switch between the calls.
