Programming the Common Address Book
This feature allows up to 200 commonly used numbers to be stored in the Common Address Book
for the system. These numbers can be called directly either by dialling a short code or by using the
Phonebook option on any telephone connected to the system.
Note: Programming the Common Address Book can only be done by the system administrator at
an extension programmed for operator functionality (Default Extension 11) or by the installer .
