SMS Format

Status Report
SMS status report. If it is enabled, after sending SMS successfully, it
will get a status report from operator such as sending successfully.
Forward Protocol
GSM: forward SMS to another mobile by GSM forward protocol.
(need set the SMS center number and receiver number)
SIP: forward SMS to a server by SIP message request.(need set the
server IP)
HTTP: forward SMS to a server by http request, you need develop the
server follow Ejoin HTTP SMS forwarding API.
