8.1.2 TROUBLE-SHOOTING WITHOUT ERROR CODES
The error codes with total block of the system are the following:
9, 11, 12, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22, 23 and 24.
The error codes 11, 12, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22, 23 and 24 are internal controls for the verification of the
electronic part. When these codes appear, the only solution is the replacement of the power board.
Control Result Cause Result Condition
Error code 9
(the
temperature on
the power
board
exceeded
105°C)
Cool down the
hob for at least
one hour.
Excessive heating
of the hob due to
an incorrect use of
the hob.
Reset the hob
as explained in
the charter
“Automatic
burner switch-
off”.
The error code 9
does not appear
anymore.
The error code 9
appears again.
Power board
faulty.
Replace the
power board.
