When programming of frequency converter:
· Press DSPL 6 times until PROG indicates
· Select position by
or
· Press to see the set-up
· Change by
or
· Confirm by
· End programming pressing DSPL once FREF indica-
tes.
Frequency converter (ABB brand) From June 2008
We are using a frequancy converter of the brand
ABB. The frequency converter is pre-set from
factory and it is not possible to make changes.
Note! When ordering spare parts, the order will
include pre-set frequency converters.
Safety PLC (From January 2012
The safety PLC monitors the safety features of the mach-
ine. Emergency stop, lid switch and speed of the agitator.
Error messages can be read out on the display.
A error: the fault is outside the safety PLC. Check the
emergency stop, lid switch, the speed monitor and ca-
bles.
F-error: the fault is in the safety PLC. Try to reset the
safety PLC by making it without power, the error remains,
replace the component.
