TheerrorcodeisshownifinputGASERRORisactivated.Thismeansthatnoamehasbeen
detectedbythegascontrolbox.
Themetalprobeoftheamesensorgeneratesanelectricalcurrentwhenexposedtotheburner's
ame.Thissignalisdetectedbytheignitioncontrolmodulewhich,inturn,cutsoffthegasvalve
immediatelyifthesensordoesnotindicateamewithin3attemptsateach10seconds.The
integrityofthesensor'selectricalconnectionis,therefore,criticaltoproperoperationofthissystem.
Whenthegascontrolboxisinerrormode,aredLEDisactiveonthegascontrolbox.Thegas
controlboxalsotrigsinputGASERRORonthecontrolsystem,whichgeneratestheerrorcode.
ThecontrolsystemsendsaresetsignaltothegascontrolboxviaoutputGASERRORRESETbya
shortpressonthestartbuttonorservicebutton(dependingonmarketandsegment).Whenthegas
controlboxreceivearesetcommanditremovestheerror.Thecontrolsystemwillautomatically
restarttheprogramwhentheerrorisremovedfromthegascontrolboxandwhenheatisallowed
(vacuumneeded)thegascontrolboxwilltrytoignitethegasagain.
Alongpressonthecontrolknob/startbuttonwillmakethecontrolsystemresetandongoing
programwillbeended.
Thegaserrorcanalsoberesetatthegascontrolbox.Themachinewillautomaticallyrestart
whentheerrorisrestored.
Theerrorcodecanbetriggedif:
•Thegascontrolboxfailstoignite.Checkthegassupplyandnozzlepressure.
Ifthegascontrolboxdonothaveagaserrorbutthecontrolsystemdoes,checktheharness,
connectorsandfunctionsbyreadingtheelectricalschematicandbyusingtheSHOWINPUTS
menuwhenthemachineisinservicemode.

TheerrorcodeisshowniftheinputVACUUMisnotactivatedwithinsettimeinparameterTIMEOUT
VACUUM.
Theerrorcodeisresetfromthecontrolsystembyashortpressonthecontrolknob/startbutton.
Alongpressonthecontrolknob/startbuttonwillmakethecontrolsystemresetandongoing
programwillbeended.
ThetimeisdenedinCong.1parameterTIMEOUTVACUUM.
Theerrorcodecanbetriggedif:
•Thefanisnotoperatingorblowsinthewrongdirection.
•Theairowisobstructed.
•Thevacuumswitchsensororhoseisdisconnected.
•Thelintdrawerisopen,etc.
Checktheharness,connectorsandfunctionsbyreadingtheelectricalschematicandbyusingthe
SHOWINPUTSandACTIVATEOUTPUTSmenuswhenthemachineisinservicemode.
