If activation command is not received 'Hot Line' service will be disabled.
- 'Call Hold' service name - XML element name in Notify message body, used for
transmission of commands to activate/deactivate 'Call Hold' service. Example: if service
name has 'call-transfer' value, activation command will appear as:

and deactivation command:
< call transfer active="false"/>
