Safety alarm configuration procedure
This section describes how to configure the Rosemount Tank Gauging Safety Alarm. For a SIL 3
system including a 2-in-1 5900 gauge, this procedure has to be performed for the primary and
the secondary gauge, respectively.
To configure the Safety Alarm do the following:
1. Start the TankMaster WinSetup configuration program. Ensure that you are logged on
to TankMaster as Administrator.
2. In the WinSetup workspace, click the right mouse button on the icon for the
Rosemount 5900 Radar Level Gauge:
3. Choose the Properties option. The 5900 RLG Properties window appears.
4. Select the Advanced Configuration tab.
