LIFTING DIAGRAM FOR 20 FANS UNITS
Before starting to move the unit for positioning it, choice the most suitable way, taking into consideration the unit overall dimension and weight, as well as the avai-
lable lifting equipment and the options dimensions.
3.4 Positioning
The installation of the unit is at Owner’s charge and must be done under his own responsibility. A well done installation presupposes that a plan had been drawn up
by a professional and that it is carried out by skilled and trained technicians.
The ambient the unit is installed in, must be free from any aggressive substance or anyway those ones which are not compatible with copper, carbon
steel, aluminium and all the other materials the units is made up of. If any doubt arises, carry on specic chemical analyses sending the result to the
Manufacturer, in order to nd an agreement on required measures.
The unit installation must be done in compliance with local existing laws.
Before placing the unit, the following points must be checked:
The oor where the machine is placed on, can bear the unit total working weight;
Enough space is left around the unit for ordinary and extra-ordinary maintenance as here below shown;
Electrical and hydraulic connections have already been pre-arranged.
The equipment has been planned to be installed and to work outdoor.
The base of the unit, while working, must be horizontal; the max acceptable inclination is 5° in length and width direction.
