Chapter 7. Operation
The XY contact view can be divided into an input contact area and an output contact area, and can
monitor and set the input contact X00 ~ X05 and the output contact Y00 ~ Y04 area.
The input contact and the output contact can be set in a bit or word unit. The word unit is
16Bits.
Forced setting of a word unit contact
- Double clicking the word area(HEX) of a contact to set shows an input box
on the word
area for the relevant contact.
- Entering a HEX setup value in the input box
and pressing the “ENTER” key sets a new
value in the relevant contact.
Forced setting of a bit unit contact
- Double clicking the bit area of a contact to set shows a reversed information box
for
the contact on a bit area of the relevant contact. (‘0’Æ‘1’,‘1’Æ‘0’)
- Entering a bit setting value into the box
and pressing the “ENTER” key sets a new value
in the relevant contact.
M contact
The M contact view area is a function to monitor and forcedly set a memory contact, so it is
displayed by selecting a
tab in the I/O explorer.
The M contact view can monitor and set the M000 ~ M199 area of the memory contact.
The memory contact can be set in a bit or word unit. The word unit is 16Bits.
Forced setting of a word unit contact
- Double clicking the word area(HEX) of a contact to set shows an input box
on the
word area for the relevant contact.
- Entering a HEX setup value in the input box and pressing the “ENTER” key sets
a new value in the relevant contact.

- Double clicking the bit area of a contact to set shows a reversed information box
for the contact on a bit area of the relevant contact. (‘0’Æ‘1’,‘1’Æ‘0’)

F contact
The F contact view area is a function to monitor a flag contact, so it is displayed by selecting a
tab in the I/O explorer.
