the relevant axis changes to a setting value of the Position table P99.

] is closed(1), then the XY can be simultaneously moved in
the slope of the variable ‘L99’ setting value.
For example, if the L99 value is 30000(unit:0.001˚), then it will move by the MPG like the
figure below.
