15) MCS, MCS NOT
(1) Definition
The contents of the current operation results are memorized into a Master Control
Register(MRG) by an MCS command.
The MCS command is cancelled by an MCS NOT command.
The program between the MCS and the MCS NOT realizes a normal command when MRG
is‘1’and turns OFF all the operation results when MRG is‘0’.
