16) MOV, DMOV
(1) Definition
Command to move WORD(16Bits) or DWORD(32Bits) data
The MOV transfers WORD(16Bits) integer or specific area WORD(16Bits) data to the
designated area.
The DMOV transfers DWORD(32Bits) integer or specific area DWORD(32Bits) data to the
designated area.

17) FWR
(1) Definition
This is a command to eternally store the changed position, velocity and dwell variable
data into a flash memory, being executed with a rising edge.
A flash memory can be written 100 thousand times due to its property, so avoid the
unnecessary storage into a flash memory.
