4 Installation
4.4.1. Installing hydraulic hoses
Make sure hose lengths are such that they do not hang too
much or are stretched when tilting the product.
1. Cut the hydraulic hoses to suitable lengths.
2. Fit the hydraulic hoses as shown in Figure 9.
Close Open indicates the locking function (the location of
the adapters may vary)
For Q-Safe:

hydraulic hoses. Locations may vary but are always
marked.
WARNING
The hydraulic system
must be de-pressurized
before work on the
system is begun. Risk
of personal injury and
damage to property.
Minimum supply pressure for lock hydraulics is 3,190 psi.
Max supply pressure must be observed for all types of
control systems. See chapter 9. Technical data.

As far as possible, use free return to tank. The back
pressure in the return line should not exceed 360 psi.
For EC-Oil QS45-60 (DC2, SS10)
Fit the hydraulic hoses as shown in Figure 10.
