6.3.1. EC-Oil
Cleaning

- Clean oil connections, electrical
connectors, grease connections
and dirt guards before and
after use in order to avoid oil or
grease leakage and safeguard
EC-Oil function.
- If oil or grease leakage occurs
despite cleaning, O-ring
replacement is recommended.
- Clean electrical connectors
daily and spray with the water
repellent spray supplied.

Replacing O-rings
Applies only to blocks on the quick
hitch/machine hitch.
1. Remove the O-ring concerned
using a small, sharp tool. A kit with
O-rings is included in delivery. Part
number:
ECO45/50: 7000045
ECO60: 7000046
ECO70: 7000047
2. Using your fingers, push a new
O-ring into place.

6.4. Lubrication every 8 operating hours
Your product is fitted with single-point lubrication of progressive type.
Blockage in one grease channel will entail blockage of the entire
lubrication system. For troubleshooting, contact your service partner or
engcon Nordic AB.
Grease recommendation:
On delivery, we fill your product with our recommended universal mineral
oil-based grease with an EP additive, a lithium soap thickener and a
hardness of (NLGI) 2. In severe cold we recommend hardness (NLGI) 1.
