Youaccesstheannotatortoolswhileyouarereadingabook:

NOTE:Toturnontheshortcutsmenu,selectthetogglebuttonatthetopleftofthereaderscreen.
2.SelectAnnotator.Theannotatorallowsyoutodrawonthepageortakenotes.
