2. Click the EPSON StatusMonitor button. The EPSON StatusMonitor appears.
Note:
❏ The graphic displays the maintenance box status when EPSON StatusMonitor was first
opened. To update the maintenance box status, click Update.
❏ Epson cannot guarantee the quality or reliability of non-genuine maintenance boxes. If
non-genuine maintenance boxes are installed, the maintenance box status may not be
displayed.
❏ If the maintenance box installed in the printer is broken, incompatible with the printer model, or
improperly installed, EPSON StatusMonitor will not display an accurate status of the
maintenance box. Be sure to replace or reinstall the maintenance box.

You can purchase a genuine Epson maintenance box at Epson Supplies Central at
www.epson.com/ink3 (U.S. sales) or www.epson.ca (Canadian sales). You can also
purchase supplies from an Epson authorized reseller. To find the nearest one, call
