Unsharp Mask
Turn on to make the edges of image areas clearer for an overall sharper image.
Available in Oce Mode and Professional Mode. You can adjust the level of
sharpness in Professional Mode. Turn o if you do not want to emphasize edges.
Dust Removal Removes dust marks from your originals automatically. The results of Dust
Removal do not appear in the preview, only in your scanned image. Available in
Home Mode and Professional Mode.
Color Restoration Restores the colors in faded photos automatically. Available in Home Mode and
Professional Mode.
Backlight Correction
Brighten shadows on photos that have too much background light. Available in
Home Mode and Professional Mode. You can adjust the level of backlight
correction in Professional Mode.
