Printer Parts
1 printer cover Open this when replacing the ribbon cartridge or removing jammed paper.
For your safety, printing cannot be performed if the printer cover is open, so
make sure you close the printer cover when you are done.
2 power switch Turn the printer on or off.
3 tear off edge Use this to cut paper for continuous paper.
4 edge guide Guides the paper straight into the printer.
5 paper support Install these to prevent paper from falling when manually feeding vertical
single cut sheets.
6 sheet guide Allows you to manually feed sheets one-by-one into the printer.
7 paper release lever Select the paper-feeding method you want the printer to use.
8 control panel The printer’s operation panel.
