n Screw "Printer Mechanism" and "Paper Guide, CDR" in
the order as shown in the figure.
n Check if "Waste Ink Tube" is secured in the groove of
"Housing, Lower", then make sure that the line mark on the
tube is facing to the left. (Also make sure that it is not
twisted.)

n Make sure that "Waste Ink Tube" is not squashed or
pressed.
n Check if "Cap Assy." moves smoothly.
