We recommend that you remove and shake the
installed ink cartridges once every three months to
ensure print quality.
Replacing Maintenance Boxes
If the message No Enough Space is displayed, replace
the target Maintenance Box.

Important:
Do not reuse maintenance boxes that have been
removed and left out in the open for a long period
of time. The ink on the inside will be dry and hard
and will be unable to absorb enough ink.
How to replace
There are three maintenance boxes in the SC-P20000
Series and two in the SC-P10000 Series, but the
replacement procedure is the same for all of them.

Important:
Do not replace the maintenance boxes while
printing. Waste ink may leak.

Open the maintenance box cover.

Pull out the maintenance box.
Lifting the maintenance box up releases the
lock, and you can simply pull it straight out.

Place the used maintenance box in the clear bag
included with your new maintenance box, and
make sure that the zipper is closed tight.
