Open the front plate.
Place your finger in the hole at the bottom and lift to open.

Check that there is no paper, foreign material, or scrap paper at the back of the printer.
If there is a jam, remove the paper slowly.
K
Replace the front plate and the rear plate.
Replace the front plate first.
