Using the Interval Function

Use / to highlight [Distance] or [Time], and then press .
Select whether to set the distance or time for the sprint. After pressing , the
screen for setting the length for the sprint is displayed.

Use / to set the length for the sprint, and then press .
You can set the kilometers in increments of 0.1 km within a range of 0.1 to
5.0 km, and you can set the time in increments of one minute within a range of
1’00” to 60’00”. Hold down
/ to speed through the numbers.
The [Rest Settings] screen is displayed.
