Using the Interval Function
Use / to set the length for the rest, and then press .
You can set the kilometers in increments of 0.1 km within a range of 0.1 to
5.0 km, and you can set the time in increments of one minute within a range of
1’00” to 60’00”. Hold down
/ to speed through the numbers.
After pressing
, the [Repeat No.] screen is displayed.
Or
Use / to set the repeat no. (the number of times to
repeat one set of sprinting and resting), and then press
.
You can set the number of repeats from 1 to 99. Hold down / to speed
through the numbers.
After pressing
, the [Settings] screen is displayed.
Hold down for at least two seconds to return to the
[Menu] screen.
