6-2 Checking Printer Status and Managing Print Jobs for Macintosh
Accessing EPSON StatusMonitor
Follow the steps below to access EPSON StatusMonitor.
1. Click Print or Page Setup on the File menu of your
application. The Print dialog box opens.
2. Click
the StatusMonitor icon button or click the Utility
icon button and then the EPSON StatusMonitor button in
the Utility dialog box. The StatusMonitor dialog box opens.
Note:
When you install a Light Capacity ink cartridge, the Ink Level
display will show that the cartridge is only half full. This is because
a Light Capacity ink cartridge only contains half as much ink as a
regular cartridge.
Using the Configuration Settings dialog box
To change the way that the StatusMonitor utility monitors your
printer, or to change the way that your printer handles print jobs,
follow the steps below.
