Type Detachable V-shaped blade cutter
Cutting method Partial cut (cutting with one point in center left uncut)
• When taking off the cut paper, the paper is pulled at the cut position and it may cause line spacing
of the next print to partially narrow.
• To prevent the uneven line spacing, when printing after paper cutting, it is recommended to
advance the paper by approximately 1 mm {16/406 inch} immediately before printing.
• If the paper is short in vertical length, advance the paper at least 35 mm {1.38 inch}.
Roll paper end detector Detects the presence or absence of paper in the paper path. When roll paper end is
detected, printing is stopped. Printing is resumed when a roll paper is set and the roll
paper cover is closed.
