Unrecoverable Errors
The printer cannot print when an unrecoverable error occurs. Turn the printer off and then back on. If the error
still occurs, the printer may be defective. Contact qualified service personnel.
Error (Error code) Description
High voltage error (AKA41) Abnormal power supply voltage (high voltage) was detected.
Low voltage error (AKA42) Abnormal power supply voltage (low voltage) was detected.
Unrecoverable error (A9999) Other unrecoverable error is detected.
