Document Jams in the Automatic Document Feeder
Paper Jam Problems in the Duplexer (Rear Cover)
If paper has jammed in the duplexer, follow the steps here to clear the jam.
1. Cancel the print job from your computer, if necessary.
2. Press the buttons on the sides of the rear cover and remove it.
3. Carefully remove any jammed paper.
