Save/Forward Destination:
Select the destination to save and forward received documents that match the conditions.
Save to Fax Box
Saves received faxes in the printer's inbox or condential box.
Save to Memory Device
Converts received documents into PDF format and saves them to an external memory device
connected to the printer.
Forward
You can set to forward received documents to another fax machine, or convert the documents into
PDF format and forward them to a shared folder on a network or to an email address. Forwarded
documents are deleted from the printer. First register the forwarding destinations to the contacts list.
To forward to an email address, you also need to congure the email server settings.
Print
Select whether or not to print.
Email Notications:
Sends an email notication when receiving, printing, saving to a memory device, or forwarding faxes is
complete.
Transmission Report:
- Print on Error: Prints a report only when an error occurs.
- Print: Prints a transmission report automatically aer you send a fax.
- Do Not Print: Does not print a transmission report automatically.
Common Settings
Inbox settings:
Options when memory is full
Select the operation to perform when the inbox is full. Select Receive and print faxes to print all
received documents that cannot be saved in the inbox. Select Reject incoming faxes to decline
incoming fax calls.
Inbox Password Settings
Password protects the inbox to restrict users from viewing received faxes. Select Change to change
the password, and select Reset to cancel password protection. When changing or resetting the
password, you need the current password.
Forward Settings:
When forwarding to an email address, you can specify a subject for the email.

Print Conditional Save/Forward list
Tap at top right of the screen. Prints the Conditional Save/Forward List.
