Activation
Testing and measuring equipment
Test setup
• The test specimen is connected to the power supply via the power
cord.
• The single pedal footswitch IES 2 is connected.
Test procedure
Activation with footswitch 1. Set IES 2 to:
–Operation suction: 80%
– Basic suction: 2%
– Run-on time: ON (=continuous operation)
2. Press footswitch pedal. The suction must be activated.
3. Press the footswitch pedal again. The suction must be deactivated.
Activation with the
START Suction button
1. Press the START Suction button. The suction must be activated.
2. Press the START Suction button again. The suction must be deacti-
vated.
