  If you notice water leaks with your ESSENCY Water Heater, check these potential causes. If you see water drops on top of the unit, ensure the overflow line is properly connected and sealed. In humid and cold environments, condensation may form on top of the unit; this should evaporate naturally. For leaks from threaded connections, gently tighten the connection to stop the leak. Be careful not to overtighten.

  If the water from your ESSENCY Water Heater is too hot, the temperature setting might be too high. Try decreasing the temperature setpoint.
