[Boiler] function block – HACK Configuration parameter
This parameter sets the stoker screw fill level, which
depends on the discharge screw runtime.
If a value over 100% is set, the stoker screw fill level
decreases and less fuel is conveyed into the boiler's
combustion chamber.
If a value under 100% is set, more fuel is conveyed into
the combustion chamber.
To set this parameter correctly, a visual check of
the stoker screw is required. Remove the stoker's
maintenance cover and check the fill level. When the
fill level is correct, the stoker screw's shaft should be
easily visible.
If it is no longer visible, the fill level setting is too high
and the [Relation of runtime] parameter must be set
higher.
