Congure Audi Wallbox
plus and Audi Wallbox
pro
To use smart charging functionalities, connecting and conguring the Audi Wallbox plus
and Audi Wallbox pro to the internet and into the local network is required.
1. If the input power to the wallbox is on,
switch it o at the power supply cabinet.
Then switch the input power on again.
2. The LED indicating the wallbox‘s state
shows solid blue and the Conguration
Manager is accessible. The Conguration
Manager is accessible for ve minutes by
default. To allow conguration of a con-
nected device, the Wi-Fi Hotspot access
extends to 30 minutes. Be aware that
charging is not possible during this state.
3. Stand close to the wallbox (1-2m) with
your mobile device.
4. Connect to the Wi-Fi Hotspot listed on the
Conguration Sticker (see page 22).
5. Open any internet browser on your mobile
device and enter the IP-Address for the
Conguration Page: 192.168.123.4
6. Press "accept" in the browser prompt to
continue.
7. Use the Conguration Page Password
shown on the Conguration Sticker to log
in to the Conguration Manager.
8. Congure the settings of the wallbox
according to your requirements:
a. Establish an internet connection for the
wallbox, e.g by setting access para-
meters to your local network (Wi-Fi
or LAN). It is not recommended to use
guest networks.
b. Set your personal preferences, for
example: language, log-in password,
use of charge cards for access control.
PRECONDITION: The wallbox is installed and you have the conguration sticker which is
supplied with the wallbox.
Congure the Audi Wallbox plus and
Audi Wallbox pro locally
The smart charging functionalities can be congured using the Conguration Manager and
the myAudi app.
The compatible, EEBus-capable home energy management system (HEMS) must be
on the same local network as the Audi Wallbox plus and Audi Wallbox pro. Functionalities
depend on the HEMS used.
