Maintenance
The owner of the wallbox is responsible for
the maintenance of the wallbox, whereby
the local regulations in force in the country
of use must be observed.
1. Dirt and natural organic matter on the
outside of the wallbox can be cleaned by
the user with a damp, soft cloth.
2. The charge plug should only be checked
for damage and foreign matter, as well as
cleaned by a certied electrician.
3. The wallbox and its installation should be
inspected by a certied electrician on a
regular basis and in compliance with the
local country installation guidelines.
4. The user should make sure that the
wallbox always has the latest software.
Please note that a software update
requires the approval via the myAudi app.
Information about the latest software
updates can be found at https://www.
elli.eco/de/changelog/wallbox. The user
is free to install or reject the update.
However, this may impair the security as
well as functionality of the wallbox. It will
then potentially no longer be possible to
use new functions or functionalities may
be restricted.
If an update is not agreed to, Elli and
Audi will not be liable for any product
defects in the wallbox that are caused by
the missing update.
