Troubleshooting
Refer to chapter Status indication for the description of the LED indications of the wallbox.

Energy saving
Charging possible
Connect the wallbox to the vehicle to
start the wallbox.
O
Charging not possible
Check that the power supply to the
wallbox is switched on at the power
supply cabinet.
HMI Cable not
connected
Charging not possible
Have the HMI cable checked for a
proper connection.
Over-temperature
derating
Charging possible
Due to high temperature, the wall-
box only allows charging at a lower
power. When the wallbox has cooled
down, it will resume charging at the
maximum power.
Error states of the wallbox
Danger
Operating damaged electric devices will
result in the risk of electric shock, which
will cause severe injury or death.
Troubleshooting must only be done by
a certied electrician unless otherwise
stated.
Warning
Ignoring an error indicated on the wallbox
could result in the risk of electric shock,
which could cause severe injury or death.
