communication
with HEMS

The wallbox is unable to communicate
with the HEMS network.
› Using the Conguration Manager,
check your network conguration.
› Using the Conguration Manager,
check your HEMS conguration.
Self-test failure or
processor freeze
Charging not possible
The wallbox has detected an internal
error during a self-test.
› Have the wallbox switched o at the
power supply cabinet. Have the wall-
box switched on again for a reboot.
› If the error remains, have the HMI ca-
ble checked for a proper connection.
