The cleaning pen can be used up to 8 times for cleaning the print head.
Follow the procedure below:
1 Take the cleaning pen and remove the lid.
2 Unplug the power supply, open the cover, and find the print head.
3 Gently rub the pen from left to right along the print head as indicated for a few seconds.
4 Close the cover. Reconnect the printer.

After cleaning, please wait 2 minutes before using your printer again.
NOTE
Warning! Like the "T" card, the cleaning pen should not be allowed to dry out, otherwise it will not be effective.
