ThePTOpush-pullswitchengagesthecuttingblades.
Besurethatallpersonsareclearofthemowerdeck
anddischargeareabeforeengagingPTO.

mowingpositionbeforethePTOwillengage.

DisengagingthePTO
1.Setthethrottlemidwaybetweenthe“SLOW”and
“FAST”positions.
Note:ThisisnotnecessaryonEFIRED
Equippedunits.Theclutchsaverfeatureallows
thePTOtobedisengagedatanyspeed.
2.PushthePTOswitchintodisengagetheblades.
RaisingandLockingtheOuterWing
Decks
1.Besurethatallpersonsareclearofthedeckwings.
Pressandholdthetopofthedeckcontrolswitch;
thecenterdeckwillraiserstandthenthewings.
2.Stopengine,waitforallmovingpartstostop,
engagetheparkingbrakeandremovethekey.
3.Removetheclevispinandhairpinfromthe
storagelocationandsecureeachwingintheup
positionasshowninFigure19.
