Ifthemachineturnsrightorleftwhenhandlesare
pushedforwardtogether,adjustthetrackingplateon
thesideoppositethedirectionofturn(seeFigure47).
Loosenthehardwarethatholdsthetrackingplate.
Movetheplatebackuntiltheunitdrivesstraight.
Tightenthehardwaretolockthetrackingplatein
place.Readjusthandlesifnecessary.

preventgrassbuildupforimprovedmulchactionand
clippingdispersal.
1.Parkthemachineonalevelsurfaceanddisengage
thebladecontrolswitch.
2.Movethemotioncontrolleversoutwardtothe
neutralposition,engageparkingbrake,stopthe
engine,removethekey,andwaitforallmoving
partstostopbeforeleavingtheoperatingposition.
3.Attachthehosecouplingtotheendofthemower
washouttting,andturnthewateronhigh
(Figure48).

ttingO-ringtomakethecouplingslideoneasier
andprotecttheO-ring.

5.Sitontheseatandstarttheengine.Engagethe
