Place the steam wand over the drip tray and
press the steam button, this will allow condensed
water to be ejected. Turn it off again when only
steam comes out by pressing the button again.
Immerse the steam wand (with temperature
sensor) into the jug containing the milk, make
sure the wand tip is submerged.
Press the button again to start heating or frothing the milk. Once the milk reaches the
programmed temperature, the
steaming will stop automatically
and you may remove the jug.
WARNING!
Do not remove the steam wand from the jug whilst
the steam lever is open. Doing so may result in
scalding and serious injury.
After the process is finished, position the steam wand over
the drip tray and press the steam button to clean leftovers of
milk in the wand. Turn off the steam after a few seconds by
pressing the button again, clean the outside of the steam wand
with a damp cloth to prevent nozzle blockage.
