data. If you didn't use heart-rate belt during exercising,

9. Stopwatch
The rank of stopwatch measurement is 99 hours
59 minutes and 59 seconds. It can divide into stopwatch
and lap time.
9.1. Stopwatch mode
In the time mode, press button to enter into
stopwatch mode (display mode marking first, then
enter into stopwatch mode after about 2 seconds).Another
method, press button[D] twice again to enter into stopwatch
mode, press button to back to the time mode.
