2) Make sure the black electrodes which on the elastic
belt to be wet with clean water.
3) Fold up the transmitter on the heart-rate belt.
4)Wearing well the heart-
rate belt and note the letter
L and R on the transmitter
consistent with the left and
right side with you body.
5) Adjust the length of the
elastic belt to make you
feel comfortable.
You'd better wearing the heart-rate belt next to the
skin. If there's any irritation of skin, please wear the heart-
rate belt outside the underclothes, and make sure the areas
where under black electrodes is wet. It may difficult to
measure the heart-rate while wearing the heart-rate belt
outside the underclothes.

1)Take out the heart rate accessories, transmitter and
elastic belt rom the package.
