Guidelines for DC-powered equipment
A DC-powered installation must meet the following requirements:
• Install the unit using a 20 Amp external branch circuit protection device.
• For permanently-connected equipment, incorporate a readily accessible
disconnect in the fixed wiring.
• Use only copper conductors.Cabling for the system must be grounded on
both sides.
• Normally, one power feed is used for each individual power supply.
