19.6. CONNECTION OF ECO MODELS
In the ECO models (with hot water generator) the corrugated pipe AG must be connected between the rinse pump of
the conveyor belt dishwasher and the hot water generator water outlet.
To link the two machines electrically, there is a connector which must be linked using the wiring and protective hose
WBE.
The hot water gas generator (GWB-40) replaces the electric rinse drum in the dishwasher, implying a significant
savings in electricity consumption.
• Given the generator heating power, the dishwasher is designed to be installed in installations with a very cold
water connection (>5 °C).
• The dishwasher is equipped with a motor pump for sending the water from the generator to the rinse nozzles.
• The dishwasher includes a flow regulator to ensure constant water consumption.
• The first fill of the dishwasher wash tub uses water from the generator, which rapidly reaches the operating
temperature.
19.7. DRAIN CONNECTION
Conveyor belt dishwashers require effective drainage as they run continuously. The machine drainage hose must be
connected to the drain so that water flows freely under gravity; therefore, the drain must be lower than the drainage
hose.
Always use pipes able to withstand a constant temperature of 70ºC. The machine drainage hose must be connected
to a sump with a drain trap to prevent the return of bad odours.
Check that the drainage system operates correctly and is not blocked.
