Troubleshooting:
The following overview is intended as an aid to rapid troubleshooting. If you are unsure, contact the
manufacturer, the dealer or appropriate specialist personnel. Never open the device by yourself!
Symptom Troubleshooting
Cannot power on Make sure the power adaptor is connected properly.
Make sure the batteries are installed correctly.
It turns off automatically Make sure the power adaptor is connected firmly.
Make sure the batteries are not loosely installed.
The Auto Power Off function will shut down the
digital drum in 30 minutes if it is not used. To disable
this function, hold down [START/STOP] button, then
turn on the power.
No sound Make sure the master volume is not set to “0”.
Make sure the rhythm volume is not set to “0”.
Make sure headphones are not plugged into the
phones jack.
No sound when rhythm is playing Make sure the master volume is not set to “0”.
Make sure the rhythm volume is not set to “0”.
No sound from the pads Make sure the master volume is not set to “0”.
