SIDE KICKSTAND
The side kickstand is located on the left side of the frame. Raise or lower the side kickstand with your foot while holding
the vehicle straight.
The side kickstand is equipped with an ignition circuit breaker system and has the following functions:
– prevent starting when the gearshift is engaged and the kickstand is raised, with the clutch lever not pulled.
– prevent starting when the gearshift is engaged and the clutch lever is pulled, but with the side kickstand still down.
– switch off the engine when the gearshift is engaged and with the side kickstand down.
The kickstand sensor is part of the ignition circuit interruption system. This system allows you to stop the
ignition.
It is necessary to check the operation of the kickstand interruption system and the kickstand itself regularly. In
case of failure or malfunction contact a Fantic dealer to repair it.
