Setting the switching pressure on the
SDE5−...−C1/C2/C3/O1/O2/O3−... :
1. Pressurize the SDE5−... with the a teach
pressure (e.g. TP1). The sequence of the
teach pressures is not important.
2. Press the EDIT button 1 until the LED
flashes. When the button is released, the
SDE5−... saves the first teach pressure.
The LED then continues to flash.
3. Pressurize
the SDE5−... with the other teach pressure (e.g. TP2).
4. Press the EDIT button 1 until the LED stops flashing.
When the button is released, the SDE5−... saves the second value. The relation
ship between teach pressure, switching pressure and hysteresis is shown in
the following table. For mode 1 the switching pressure
is formed from the aver
age value of both teach pressures SP = 1/2 (TP1 + TP2).
S Carry out a test run with various pressures to ascertain whether the SDE5−...
switches as desired.
