3.5.33.5.3 Port Forwarding
Port forwarding can generate the mapping between the WAN port IP address /
common port number and the LAN server IP address / private port number. In this
way, all the accesses to a certain service port at this WAN port will be re-directed to
the corresponding port of the server in the designated LAN.
1. Select Application in the navigation bar and select Port Forwarding→Port
Forwarding in the left link bar. Then click Add to open the port forwarding
configuration page, as shown in Figure 3-41.

2. Configure parameters relevant to port forwarding according to the requirement.
For details of the parameters, see Table 3-24.
3. Click Apply to save and apply the configuration.

Item Description
WAN
The WAN connection bound with the port forwarding rule.
Description The port forwarding rule name.
Public Port
The range of ports for extranet data packets. If only one port exists,
enter the same port number.
IP
The IP address of the LAN virtual server for port forwarding.
